I am Susana, but you can call me Miranda.?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-comfficeffice" />I live in Venezuela...My address:cottoncandyheart@gmail.comAnd here's the story:My curiosity seems to be endless sometimes, however there are not enough means to satisfy it - at least not in the Venezuelan city I live in, where libraries seem to be more and more impoverished every day, and there's nothing but technical books, some literature classics and the best sellerdujour, that always puts me to sleep. So how did I start loving the works of Donald Harington? Well, my dearest friend Dedflwrs surprised me with a package of books she sent my way recently. I opened them all and read the first paragraph of each one, before deciding which one should I read. Donald Harington'sWithwas the one that caught me, more than any other could.I am an amazingly slow reader, and when it comes to thick books, if they do not make me fall in love, I simply stop reading. I readWithin just a couple of days, actually the last two parts I read them nonstop, and I didn't care that the sun came up, I had to finish - even if this gave me mixed feelings because I did not want it to end! The excitement was so strong, I hyper ventilated, the thoughts and the feelings going so quickly, I am glad that it was switched to the future... or else I would have fainted.Withis still around me -withinme?, the words so fresh on my mind. The wonderful impact that it caused obliged me to stop momentarily my habit of reading one book after another. After something so beautiful, after such an imaginative and -literallybreath taking prose, this hiatus is needed.I've never readDon Quixote, but I once saw a documentary where a scholar said that if aliens existed, he would hand them a copy of that book. Me? I would hand them a copy ofWith.
